Attorney Zipp is a veteran of over sixty (60) jury trials both as a defense attorney and as a prosecutor. He has years of experience in a wide variety of legal arenas including, motion practice, bench trials, driver's license reintatement hearings, drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, general and business litigation, debt collection, real estate issues, landlord/tennant matters, and general practice.
