Attorney David A. Zipp understands that many folks are scared of the cost of their criminal defense or legal action. Attorney Zipp strives to offer flat fee pricing when approprirate, with discounts or free additional services added for up-front payment. Limited payment plans may be available. Your case is unique, but you should reasonably know and understand what you are paying for.
It is also critical to understand that there are costs with any litigation such as filing fees, mailing/certified mailing fees, fees for documents from various clerks, as well as reasonable office fees for copies, etc. which are seperate and apart from legal fees paid to your attorney. In some instances expenses will be fronted by the lawfirm with the reasonable expectation of reimbursement from the client. In other situations, the lawfirm may offer a "flat fee" for limited (meaning you are paying for one specific legal action) that may include filing fees.
